Parenthood – it’s full of love and cherished moments, but sometimes it can be hard to get to the gym if you have little ones at home. With many parents in our community, we understand how difficult it can be to leave the house, let us introduce you to our Kids Zone Creche and Childminding!
The Kids Zone, located upstairs at the Gold Coast Performance Centre, offers childminding services for members, so you can do a workout, join in on a class or have a swim while knowing your child is in safe hands.
Our experienced staff will take excellent care of your child from 6 weeks old. Our childcare services are affordable and can be easily booked using our client portal online booking or just meeting with us in person.
Our Junior Membership is only $9.10/week, which includes 2 hours of child-minding every day and Visit Prices for babies (6weeke to 3y/o) are $8.00 for up to 1hr / $10.00 for up to 2 hrs.
Ease the hassle of exercising with kids by dropping them at the Kids Zone for some playtime! Bringing your child to the gym can also instill in them the value of a healthy lifestyle. When they see their parents investing in their health, they will be much more interested in exercising and taking care of their bodies as well.
Please bring a water bottle and simple snacks for your child likes. We are allergy aware, so please no nuts.
The Kids Zone take up to 20 children depending on the number of bookings and are open*:
· Monday – Friday – 8.00am – 12.00pm (all ages)
· Monday – Thursday – 3.30pm – 6.30pm – 18months – 12yr olds (no 6wk – 18months)
· Saturday – 8.00am – 11.30am (all ages)

Parent/legal guardian must remain on the premises while the child is in crèche.
