We’re very excited to introduce our epic GCPC55 Challenge! This challenge is all about weight loss / gain, strength building and educating you on living and incorporating a healthy lifestyle into your day-to-day.
We don’t just want to change your life for 8 weeks, we want to educate you into living your healthy lifestyle for years to come. We want to educate and empower you to be able to make your own fitness and nutrition choices! Our specialised program is designed to:
