Purpose-Built Group Exercise Studios

The Gold Coast Performance Centre offers a wide range of group exercise classes in our purpose-built exercise studios. Classes include yoga, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Les Mills programs, RPM in our psychedelic glow-in-the-dark spin room, and of course aqua aerobics in our swimming pools. Our qualified instructors offer a personal level of service, so you will never get lost in the crowd.

Group exercise classes are fitness classes that are led by an instructor and typically involve a group of participants performing exercises together. These classes can include a variety of different types of exercise, such as cardio, strength training, yoga, and more.

The benefits of group exercise classes include the ability to work out with others, which can increase motivation and accountability, as well as the opportunity to learn new exercises and techniques from a qualified and experienced instructor.
