The Junior Athletics Squad program focuses on a fundamental skill development stage of young athletes. The program focuses on the diverse fitness component athletes require to perform many of the events in athletics. Each session will target, speed, strength, flexibility and coordination activities as well as event specific drills.
We encourage athletes of all abilities to get involved and enhance their athletic performance. Our Athletics Australia Registered coaches are ready to support these young athletes to achieve their goals. This is also a great opportunity for young field or court sport athletes to improve their running ability and improve their game.

The programs has various payment options to meet the needs of today’s young athletes that may also be participating in other sports. The BLK Performance Centre has Junior Membership options as well as non-member options and upfront payment is required.
School Holiday Programs
A Holiday Program will run through each school holiday period. The holiday clinics will run in 2-3 hour blocks offering a range of different events. Holiday clinic information will be posted below when the confirmed.
