Updates related to the group exercise timetable between September 22 – October 1  can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Sports Super Centre – Fitness Club

  • Join Julia in the saddle on Saturday 7am for RPM – what a great way to start your day!
  • Vicki will be poolside at 7.30am helping you to stay cool while working hard in this hot spring weather.
  • Sunday and this time Kristy will be in the hot seat for your Sunday 8am RPM cardio blast.
  • Also on Sunday, Ben takes the stage for the 9am weights workout challenge that is Body Pump.
  • Monday, Apple will be out front motivating you for your 9am Body Attack.
  • Eugine is taking a break so Vicki will be poolside again this time for the Wednesday 7am and 10.15am DWEX.
  • Thursday and Wendy will be taking centre stage for your 9.15am Body Pump challenge.
  • Also on Thursday, Sam takes the 10.15am Mat Pilates.
  • On Friday, Nicolas will be taking the 8am Mat Pilates for Jenny.
  • Kelissa leads the race to the end of the week in the 4pm Friday RPM
  • Coming soon! – The nights are getting lighter and the pool is getting warmer so we are happy to announce the return of the evening DWEX sessions 5.30pm Tuesday and Thursday commencing 3rd October.
  • Also in response to your feedback we are launching a second Low Impact Exercise class on a Monday from 12-1pm in October – first session will be Monday 9th October.
  •  Finally, the gym will only be open from 7am-noon on Monday 2nd October for the public holiday with three Group Exercise classes: 7.15am 45 mins RPM with Julia | 8am DWEX with Vicki | 8am HIIT with Chanel.
