Group Exercise News
- Julia and Kristy have done a swap this week so Julia will be in the saddle for Saturday 7.05am, while Kristy takes the hot seat for Sunday 8am RPM.
- Join Vicki pool side for Saturday 8am DWEX.
- Ben will be centre stage for this weeks Sunday 9am Body Pump.
- Trish is back from overseas and will be here for the Monday and Thursday 5.30am RPM.
- Kyleen is back again Tuesday 4.15pm to take you through the challenging weights workout that is Body Pump while Kelissa jumps in to the saddle for Tuesday 6pm RPM.
- NEW CLASS starting Thursday at 9am! Join Kamila in the gym for a Boxing Circuit – a fantastic full body workout rotating between strength, conditioning and cardio and using a variety of equipment – suitable for all ages and ability levels.
- Kelissa is back again Friday for the 4pm RPM – join her and finish your week on this great cardio high

New class coming soon – Sprint Training
We are excited to announce the addition of a totally new kind of workout to our already diverse timetable. What a great opportunity for members to experience the new track under the guidance of a fully qualified coach!
This is great opportunity for members to increase speed and explosive power. Sprinting will help burn fat quickly as well as enhance sports performance. This session will cover speed, agility and fundamental techniques for sprinting.
Wednesday 5pm-6pm (Starting Wednesday 21 September 2016)
Coach/Instructor: Cherry Harvey – Level 4 Specialist Sprints, Hurdles Relays, Coach, accredited by Athletics Australia.
Winter Fitness Challenge Results
First of all, a huge thank you and well done to all who took part in the Winter Fitness Challenge. Whether you completed the challenge or not – you had a go!
In all, a massive 235 members took part – of which 61 of you completed the challenge of 20 classes in 31 days – what an awesome achievement!
Prizes were drawn by members and staff and awarded in order of monetary value as they were drawn, starting with the one of most value and working down. For a list of prize-winners, see below. A list will be put up at Reception and prizes will be available from Friday, September 2 from Reception.
