Group Exercise Updates |Sept 8 – 14

Dear Members,

Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between September 8 – 14 can be found listed below:

Saturday 8th

–          Sam continues to cover for Yoga at 915am.

Sunday 9th

–          Tracey is in the hot seat for 8am RPM.

–          Ben will be in charge for 9am Pump.

Monday 10th

–          Sam Hopper continues to take 9:15am HIIT.

–          Candice is in charge this week for your 10:15am DWEX.

–          Kamilla will take 4:30pm HIIT.

Tuesday 11th

–          7pm evening yoga will be back with Vicki.

Wednesday 12h

–          Vicki will take 7am and 10:15am DWEX

–          Kamila will continue for the 4:45pm HIIT.

Thursday 13th

–          530am RPM is with Linda.

–          530pm Pump TBC

–          6:30pm Yoga will be with Allana.

Friday 14th

–          Candice is In charge for 7am DWEX.

–          Kamila is covering the 10am Matrix class.


Sam Carter one of our awesome RPM and PUMP instructors is no longer able to teach with us. We thank her for all her efforts to our members and hope to see her return soon. We welcome Linda as a cover for Thursday mornings RPM. We will update you further regarding weekends and Thursday night Pump.

NOTICE – In October our centre will be hosting the 2018 World Parachute Championships. This is exciting times as it is a first for our centre and first for Australia. From 6th – 14th of October we will have minor disruption to our group exercise timetable. We will provide you with further information in the coming weeks. The event organisers and team here at SSC have worked extremely hard to minimise the impact on our day to day operations.
