Group Exercise Updates |Sept 29 – Oct 5

Dear Members,

Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between September 29 – Oct 5 can be found listed below:

Saturday 29th

  • Vicki returns for Yoga at 9:15am.
  • Kamila is back for 9:15am HIIT.

Sunday 30th

  • Linda is in the hot seat for 8am RPM.
  • Wendy will be in charge for 9am Pump.

Monday 1st – Reduced Classes PH 7 -12pm.

  • 8:00am DWEX Vicki
  • 8:00am Yoga Jo

Tuesday 2nd

  • 530am RPM is with Kinnie
  • Jenny is back for 7am AQUA and 9am DWEX INT.

Thursday 4th

  • Jenny is back for 9am DWEX INT.

Friday 5th

  • Jenny is back for 7am DWEX

Jenny makes her return to Aqua and DWEX classes. Thank you Barb, Stella, Vicki, Candice and Eugine for covering while she has been off.

Monday October 1st is a public holiday – therefore we have reduced Operating hours and classes, 7am-12pm.

Starting this Saturday through the month of October SSC will be hosting a number of large events. These events will not impact any of the Group exercise classes apart from some excess noise. We apologise for any inconvenience it may occur to classes such as Pilates and Yoga. We will continue to monitor how much these classes are effected before making any short term changes.
