Updates related to the group exercise timetable between October 7-13 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Sports Walk, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Sports Super Centre – Gold Coast

  • Join Maria poolside for the 7.30am DWEX Saturday.
  • Maria is back Sunday to put you through your paces for the 9am Body Pump.
  • On Sunday, Tracey will be in the hot seat for your 8am RPM.
  • We welcome Emma into the driver’s seat for 5.30am RPM permanently – be sure to come along to this one.
  • Kristy will be in the hot seat Monday night for the 6.30pm RPM.
  • Unfortunately Monday’s Zumba and Vera flow class has been cancelled – we apologise for the inconvenience.
  • Kathy still away so join Maria Tuesday at 8am for an exercise to music class.
  • Tracey taking a break for a couple of weeks so join Julia Tuesday night in the saddle at 6pm.
  • Our Low Impact Exercise class is at a new time of 1.30pm on a Wednesday.
  • Wednesday join Vicki on pool deck for both the 7am DWEX and again at the 10.15am DWEX while Eugine is overseas.
  • Join Chadissa Thursday mornings at 5.30am for the next two weeks RPM.
  • Jenny will take Thursday at 8am and Friday at 7am for a great exercise to music class.
  • Candice will be getting your weekend started and revving it up in the 4pm RPM class Friday.
  • Ben is still overseas enjoying the sun and cocktails so this week we welcome Chanel to the 6am HIIT Wednesday and Friday.
