Updates related to the group exercise timetable between October 14-20 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Sports Walk, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

  •  Join Maria poolside for the 7.30am DWEX, and then again for a fantastic workout with weights at the 9am Body Pump.
  •  Kristy hits the hot seat for this Sunday 8am RPM. What a great way to get your Sunday started!
  •  Monday 6.30pm RPM and Kelissa is back in the hot seat for your Monday night ride.
  •  We apologise for the issues had with Monday Zumba of late, but Stella is in action this coming Monday.
  •  Hang around for Yoga with Jo at 7:30pm Monday as a substitute for Vera flow.
  •  Everybody is back this week!!  Join Kathy for Body Vive, Eugine for Wednesday DWEX 7am and 10.15am, and Tracey Tuesday 6pm RPM and Friday 4pm RPM.
  • Remember the Sprint and Agility Session out on our new track and field. The class is on every Wednesday from 5pm-6pm and is perfect for all ages and abilities, offering both off-season training for athletes or general fitness for beginners.
