Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between October 13-19  can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

  • Sam is in the hot seat this Saturday for 7am RPM.
  • Maria will be on the pool deck for this Saturdays DWEX at 7:30am.
  • Maria will be back again for Sundays Body Pump at 9am.
  • Tracey will be dishing out a hard session on the bikes Sunday RPM at 8am.
  • Anita is taking the early morning Monday Body Pump at 6am.
  • Sam C will be taking Tuesdays RPM at 5:30am.
  • Chanel will be putting you through paces on Tuesday for Boxing at 6am.
  • Kamilla is conditioning your body Tuesdays Body Conditioning at 5:30pm.
  • Tracey is back again for Wednesdays RPM at 5:30pm.
  • Chanel will be taking Thursdays Body Conditioning at 6am and Fridays at 9am.
  • Sonya will be taking Body Vive Friday at 7am.
  • Maria will be on the pool deck again for Fridays DWEX at 7am.
