Group Exercise Updates | May 25 – 31

Dear Members,

Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between MAY 25 – 31 can be found listed below:

Jenny will be pool side on Saturday for the 7.30am DWEX.

On Sunday join Sam Carter in the hot seat for the 8am RPM cardio blast followed by 9am Pump – can you do the double?

Zumba people, the Monday evening class is still on! If you enjoy a marathon dance party, why not stay after Zumba on Monday and try out the new dance craze that is Clubbercise? Double the fun! 

Monday and Sam Hopper will be in the gym for the Monday 9.15am HIIT whilst Blair will be putting you through your paces at 4.30pm HIIT as well as the Wednesday 4.45pm HIIT.

Eugine and Jenny continue to cover Vicki’s classes whilst Allana and Laila take care of the Yoga cover.

Allana also continues to cover Run Club and Strength/Mobility in Matts absence.

Wednesday 10.15am DWEX will be covered by Candice.

A reminder that next week is the last week for the evening 5.30pm DWEX classes on Tuesday and Thursday – don’t worry it will be back in October as usual.
