Updates related to the group exercise timetable between March 4 – 10 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Sports Walk, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

– We would like to take this opportunity to welcome Trish Doans to our amazing instructor Super team.  Trish is an experienced RPM instructor from Canada and will be taking the 5.30am Thursday and 6.30pm Monday RPM classes.  Join her for a fantastic workout and show her what a great and friendly club we are!

– In other news, Kyla will be in the hot seat on Sunday (Mar 6) for the 8am RPM. Join her for a cardio blast to start your day!

– Join Ben Monday (Mar 7) at 6am for Body Pump and get your week started the right way!

– Remember running club is back with Matt Tuesday (Mar 8) at 6pm.

– Also on Tuesday (Mar 8), MATRIX has been moved to Wednesday at 5.30pm in the gym.
