While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.
Sports Super Centre – Fitness Club
- Join Maria poolside for the Saturday 7.30 DWEX, then again on Sunday as she takes the stage for the 9am Body Pump.
- Tracey will be in the saddle for Sunday 8am RPM – get ready to Smash It Up!
- Sam has had to go away for a month with work and unfortunately we have been unable to find a cover for the Monday 5.30pm Mat Pilates class. To avoid cancellations we have asked Allana to cover with a Yoga session for you.
- A total of 17 fitness enthusiasts rocked up to the 5.15am BodyAttack with Kylee this week – what an awesome turnout! If you haven’t tried our latest program yet you can give it a try on Monday and Wednesday at 9am, Tuesday 5.15pm and Thursday 5.15am.
