Updates related to the group exercise timetable between March 10-16 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

  • Join Vicki poolside for the Saturday 7.30am DWEX.
  • Julia will be in the hot seat for your Sunday morning ride 8am RPM.
  • Ben is back to give you a great workout at the 9am Sunday BodyPump.
  • Due to limited instructor availability, Ben will be back first thing Monday at 5.30am for a 45 minute spin class – thanks Ben!
  • Julia is also back Monday this time in the saddle for the 6.30pm RPM.
  • Our newest program BodyAttack had a great first week. If you haven’t tried it yet you totally should –it’s a high-energy cardio class with awesome instructors offering lots of options so anyone can do it. Join our BodyAttack instructors Selina Monday at 9am, Alison Tuesday at 5.15pm, Kellie Wednesday at 9am or Kylee for our earlybird 5.15am class on Thursday.
