Dear Members, Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between JUNE 30 – July 6 can be found listed below: Saturday 30 June 

  • Jenny will be poolside at 7:30am for DWEX
  • Get ready to be challenged in Body Pump with Kyleen at 8am
  • Yoga with Sam at 9:15am

Sunday 1 July

  • Kick off your Sunday with RPM at 8am with Julia.
  • 9am Join Wendy for 9am Body Pump for a challenging weights workout!

Monday 2 July

  • We welcome Vicki back to poolside for 7am DWEX and 12pm AquaFit, Look out DWEX/AquaFit crew Vicki will be ready to work you hard! (BIG Thank you to Eugine & Jenny for covering the last couple of months)
  • Join Jenny for Mat Pilates at 8am while Nicolas recovers from the Marathon!
  • Also Dave in the gym will be covering 11am TRX Class in Nicolas absence.

Tuesday 3 July

  • Allana will be ready to go with a challenging RPM ride to kick off your day at 5:30am! Be ready RPM’ers!
  • Freestyle cycle class at 9:15am Instructor TBC
  • Nicolas is back to challenge you at 10:15am for Mat Pilates.
  • Running Club 6pm – Join Allana for her last week covering this session, she will be ready to put you through your paces one last time!
  • Need a stretch and challenging workout? Join Allana for yoga at 7pm.

Wednesday 4 July

  • Kickstart your day with Chanel for 6am HIIT
  • Join Allana for her last week covering Strength and Mobility at 6pm, I’m sure she’s got something “nice” planned for you all!

Thursday 5 July

  • Join Allana for yoga at 6:30pm

Friday 6 July

  • Ben will be back to smash it out with the 6am HIIT Crew! Be ready to go!
