Updates related to the group exercise timetable between June 10-16 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Sports Walk, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Sports Super Centre – Gold Coast

  • Join Kyleen centre stage for Body Pump this Saturday (June 11) at 8.10am
  • On Sunday (June 12) Nadine will be in the hot seat for 8am RPM.
  • Still on Sunday (June 12) Ben will be putting you through your paces for the 9am Body Pump.
  • Our latest addition to the team Jai is going down a storm – join her in the saddle Tuesday (June 14) 5.30am as she covers for Kyla.
  • We welcome Kelissa to our RPM team – she will be taking the Tuesday 6pm RPM so come along for the ride of your life and let’s support our newest recruit!
  • Kathy is away for a week so join Maria 8am Tuesday (June 14) and Jenny 8am Thursday (June 16) and 7am Friday (June 17) for a great workout!
  • Remember Zumba kicks off next Saturday (June 18) at 10.30am! Shimmy your way into the weekend with this fabulous dance-based workout.  Anyone can do it so get in touch with your inner diva!!
  • Finally due to member feedback we will be changing the Monday 6.30pm RPM to a 45-minute class, effective Monday June 20.
