Updates related to the group exercise timetable between July 29 – August 4 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Sports Walk, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Sports Super Centre – Gold Coast

As many of you already know, we are hosting the Sports Super Centre Community Open Day next Saturday, August 6. This is your chance to bring your family and friends along to try out all the group exercise classes for free! There will be at a 30-minute taster of the below classes, plus heaps going on around the rest of the centre, so make sure you come along and make a day of it!

Open Day classes are as follows:

  • First classes are 11am Body Pump with Anita or RPM with Candice.
  • 11.35am Boxing with Candice, or Centergy with Anita.
  • 12.10pm join Vicki in the 20m pool for Aqua Fit.
  • 12.45pm Body Vive with Kathy, or DWEX with Vicki in the 50m pool.
  • 1.20pm Fat Burner with Jenny, or Yoga with Vicki.
  • 1.55pm Zumba with Gin, or Mat Pilates with Jenny.
  • 2.30pm Step with Kathy, or Aqua Zumba with Gin in the 20m pool.

In other group ex news…

  • Join Maria poolside this Saturday for the 7.30am DWEX.
  • Sunday 8am Kelissa is in the hot seat to take you for a challenging ride in RPM.
  • Also on Sunday, Maria is back on stage to put you through your paces in the 9am Body Pump.
  • On Thursday at 5.30am RPM will be with Jai whilst Trish is on holidays.
