Updates related to the group exercise timetable between July 28 – August 3 can be found listed below.
While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.
Sports Super Centre – Fitness Club
– On Saturday, DWEX at 7.30 will be with Vicki.
– Sunday 8am RPM will be taken by Julia.
– This week’s Sunday 9am Pump is with Ben.
– Maria will be away for a week so these instructors are kindly stepping in:
- Monday 12 Aqua Fit will be Aqua Zumba with Gin
- Tuesday 7am Aqua Fit with Jenny
- Tuesday 9am Body Pump with Nicki
- Thursday 5.30pm Pump with Ben
- Friday 10.15 DWEX Barb
- Saturday 7.30am DWEX with Vicki
- Sunday 8am RPM and 9am Body Pump with Kinnie, so the RPM will be a 50-minute class to allow for changeover.
– Tuesday 10.15 Mat Plates will be with Nicolas
– Wednesday 9am Body Attack with Apple
– Kathy away for a couple of weeks, so Sam and Kinnie covering between them in her absence with either Body Vive (Kinnie) or Exercise to Music (Sam). Classes will be:
- Tuesday 8am – Sam
- Wednesday 7am – Kinnie
- Thursday 8am – Kinnie
- Friday 7am – Sam
– Advance warning that RPM next Sunday 6th August will be 50 mins instead of the usual 55 mins as the instructor is also covering the 9am Body Pump.
– Another reminder to our members that Sunday Yoga will be at the later time of 10am.
