Updates related to the group exercise timetable between July 15-21 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Sports Walk, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Sports Super Centre – Gold Coast

  • Join Kamila for a great Boxing workout Saturday at 7am.
  • If spinning is more your thing, Julia will be covering the Saturday 7.05am RPM whilst Kristy takes a break.
  • Or you can join Maria poolside for the 7.30am on Saturday for DWEX.
  • Rev up your Sunday with Julia who is back in the saddle for the 8am RPM.
  • Maria takes the stage to lead you through a great strength workout on Sunday at 9am for Body Pump
  • Join Chanel who is back from overseas for the 9.15am Monday HIIT.
  •  Monday 6.30pm is a very special ‘Glow RPM’ with Trish – a fantastic 45-minute RPM class with glow in the dark wrist bands for a bit of fun!  If you are new to RPM you are invited to join Trish at 6.15pm so she can take you through the bike set up and ensure you get a safe and effective workout.
  •  We apologise for any confusion last Monday, as Gin was unable to get a flight back from Sydney to take the advertised Veraflow. Rest assured she is back Monday night refreshed, energised and raring to go so get your Latin dance rhythm on and join her for 6.30pm Zumba and 7.30pm Veraflow.
  •  For Tuesday 5.30am RPM, Trish will be in the hot seat as Kyla has extended her trip overseas. Kyla will be back in August.
  •  Why not try Wednesday 6am HIIT with Katie, and start your day energised with this challenging full body workout.
  •  Remember we have the Low Impact Exercise class with Matt in the gym on a Wednesday at 11.30am by special member request.  Numbers have been really low so come along and support him in this great class.  Matt is an Exercise Physiologist and brings a wealth of rehab knowledge and expertise with him to educate and optimise body movement.
  •  Boxing on Thursday at 6pm is back!  Join Kamila in the gym for this fantastic workout.
