Updates related to the group exercise timetable between June 24 – 30 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Join Vicki poolside on Saturday for the 7.30am DWEX – a great way to start the day on these beautiful Gold Coast winter mornings.


Anita is taking a well-earned break so Wendy will be on stage for the Saturday 8am Body Pump.


On Sunday Julia will be in the hot seat helping you to rev things up in the 8am RPM whilst Maria takes the stage for 9am Body Pump covering for Ben who is doing the Gold Coast Half Marathon – good luck Ben!!


Seems to be the time for holidays as Chanel departs for a break in Europe, in her absence Blair will be taking the Monday 9.15am HIIT whilst Kamila steps up for the Monday 4.30pm and Wednesday 4.45pm HIIT classes – join the girls for this amazing all in one Body Blast!!


Our very own Nic Clarke will be doing the Gold Coast Marathon for the 11th time!! – well done Nic.  He is taking a week off for some recovery and a bit of R & R so there will be no Pilates Reformer on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday.  Jenny will be here on Monday for the 8am Mat Pilates.


Gin is still away so Stella will be leading the Latin dance party that is Zumba on Monday at 6.30pm and Thursday at 4.30pm whilst Maria is in the 20m pool on Friday at 12 noon with an Aqua Fit class for you instead of the usual Aqua Zumba.


On Thursday we welcome one of our newest additions to the Group Exercise “Super” team when Kellie takes the stage for the Thursday 9.15am Body Pump and Sam steps up for the 10.15am Mat Pilates.




Remember evening DWEX has now finished and will return later in the year when the evenings get a bit lighter and warmer – watch this space!


Thursday early morning RPM is now with Kelissa and will be at the earlier time of 5.30am – kick start your day with this amazing cardio workout.


We have had a little shuffle on Saturday mornings so RPM is at 7am with Kristy and Body Pump at the slightly earlier time of 8am
