Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between MARCH 9-15 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

– We are sorry to announce that Vicki, our lovely and popular Yoga/DWEX and Aqua instructor, has had a bad fall and fractured her elbow. I’m sure you will join us in wishing her a speedy recovery. In the meantime, her classes will be covered as follows:

  • Monday 7am DWEX – Eugine
  • Monday 12noon Aqua Fit – Jenny
  • Tuesday 5.30pm DWEX – Jenny
  • Tuesday 7pm Yoga – Allana
  • Thursday 5.30pm DWEX – Eugine
  • Thursday 6.30pm Yoga – Allana
  • Saturday 7.30am DWEX – Jenny

– Saturday 9.15am Yoga introducing our newest Yoga instructor Laila. We welcome Laila to our Sports ‘Super Team’.

– Sunday join Tracey in the hot seat for your 8am RPM and start the day with a great cardio blast.

– Or join Ben centre stage for the 9am Body Pump – or maybe do both!

– Monday 9.15 HIIT with Blair while Chanel takes the Wednesday 9.30am Matrix.

– Remember we have HIIT this Saturday 6am whilst the gym is closed.
