Updates related to the group exercise timetable between March 3-9 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Sports Super Centre – Fitness Club

  • Vicki is back from her holidays, so join her poolside on Saturday at 7.30am for DWEX.
  • Sunday and we have Julia in the saddle to rev up your Sunday morning for the 8am RPM, while Ben is centre stage for your challenging weights workout at the 9am BodyPump
  • Matty is away so no running club Tuesday, and the instructor for the 6pm Wednesday Strength & Mobility is still to be confirmed. Make sure you check the group exercise notice board in Ron Clarke Way for the latest details.

– Monday 9am introducing Selina and Laura

– Tuesday 5.15pm join Alison and Kellie

– Wednesday 9am with Laura and Nicky
