Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between FEBRUARY 9-15 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Sports Super Centre – Fitness Club

  • Join Vicki poolside on Saturday for the 7.30am DWEX – great place to start what promises to be a pretty hot day!
  • On Sunday at 8am Tracey will be in the RPM saddle for your cardio blast.
  • Meanwhile, Ben is centre stage for Body Pump at 9am.
  • Wednesday and Tracey is back in the hot seat this time for the 5.30pm RPM covering Candice.
  • Step up to the challenge with Chanel on Thursday for your 6am Body Conditioning.
  • Meanwhile, Kamila jumps in to put you through your paces for Body Conditioning on Friday at 9am.
  • Remember our new for February classes as are follows: Monday 5.30am RPM; Monday 6pm Boxing; and Friday 5.30am Box, Run, Spin. Get involved in these great new classes!
  • Finally our Tuesday Intensive DWEX will be at 8am on Tuesday. The Thursday class is at the even earlier time of 7am both due to swim carnivals.
