Group Exercise Updates | February 23 – March 1

Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between FEBRUARY 23 – MARCH 1 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Sports Super Centre – Fitness Club

  •  First up, we’d like to remind our members that due to the gym closure for refurbishment, there is to be no access into or through the gym after 5pm on Sunday February 25. The new gym will reopen to members at start of business Friday, March 16.
  • In terms of accessing the outdoor group exercise area, the Monday 9.15am and 4.30pm HIIT, Wednesday 9.30am Matrix and 4.45pm HIIT, and the Friday 10am Matrix are in the usual place – gym outdoor area – but access will be via the double gates at the back of Sports Med at the top of Sports Walk. Don’t worry, there will be signs to help you find your way 🙂
  • Additional classes have been added to the timetable while the gym is closed. See full timetable for more information, but there is a quick run down: Monday 9am RPM (February 26, March 5 and March 12); Wednesday 10am Body Pump (February 28, March 7 and March 14); Saturday 6am HIIT (March 3 and March 10)
  • In other group exercise news….
  • Join Vicki poolside for Saturday 7.30am DWEX.
  • Julia will be in the hot seat for your 8am Sunday cardio blast that is RPM.
  • Ben takes centre stage Sunday for the 9am Body Pump.
  • Blair will be taking Monday 9.15am HIIT and Kamila the Monday 4.30pm HIIT.
  • Stella is having a break so Wednesday 12.00 Aqua Fit will be with Jenny.
  • The Thursday 7am deep water class will be Aqua Fit with Jenny and not Aqua Zumba.
  • Friday 2nd March the 10am Matrix will be with Kamila in the outdoor area of the gym
