Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between FEBRUARY 16-22 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

  • Join Kamila for your 7am Boxing session on Saturday for a great cardio workout.
  • If you fancy getting cool in the pool Jenny will be poolside for the 7.30am DWEX.
  • Sunday we challenge you to the double with Sam as she jumps into the hot seat for the 8am RPM, then runs through to take the stage for your 9am Body Pump workout.
  • What better way to reward your muscles than with a great Yoga session straight afterwards. Kayci will be in the studio this week at 10am Sunday, ready to take you on a rejuvenating and relaxing journey.
  • Tuesday and we have the last of our swim carnivals for a while, meaning the Intensive DWEX will once again be at the earlier time of 8am. Thursday, DWEX will be back to the normal time of 9am.
