Updates related to the group exercise timetable between February 10-16 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Sports Super Centre – Gold Coast

  • Emma will be in the saddle on Saturday to kick-start your weekend at the 7.05am RPM.
  • Join Maria poolside 7.30am this Saturday for DWEX, and again on Sunday as she takes the stage for 9am Body Pump.
  • Chadissa is in the hot seat on Sunday for 8am RPM, and judging by the forecast it will certainly be hot!
  • Ben is back Monday for the 6am Pump as Kyleen continues to recover from her injury.
  • Matty is back from his holiday in Canada, so Running Club returns to its usual time of Tuesday at 6pm.
  • Tracey enjoying some honeymoon time, so Julia will be back in the saddle at 6pm on Tuesday to put you through your paces.
  • Chadissa is away so Kelissa will be taking the Thursday 5.30am RPM – start your day with a great exercise high.
  • Vicki is taking a break so Eugine will be poolside Thursday for the 5.30pm DWEX, while Sam jumps in to take Yoga at 6.30pm.
  • Emma joins us for the Friday 4pm RPM – a great way to finish your week.
  • On Friday, Sam is back to cover the 10am Yoga for Jo.
  • Would all our DWEX members please note that the Intensive DWEX class on Tuesday 21st Feb will be at 7.30am, due to a swim carnival.  We apologise for any inconvenience.
