Group Exercise Updates | December 2-8

Updates related to the group exercise timetable between December 2-8 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Sports Walk, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Candice is still away on holidays so her class covers are as follows:

  • Saturday 3rd Dec at 7am do the Boxing challenge with Kamila.
  • Monday 9am Step will be with Kathy.
  • Tuesday 6am and Kamila is back for both Boxing and the 5.30pm Body Conditioning.
  • Wednesday 5.30pm join Tracey in the hot seat for RPM.
  • Thursday 6am Katie will be putting you through your paces for the Body Conditioning.
  • Friday 9am challenge yourself with an awesome Body Conditioning class with Chanel.
  • Saturday 10th Dec 7am Boxing join Katie for an energetic workout.

 Other group exercise news:

  •  Join Maria poolside this Saturday for the 7.30am DWEX then again on stage Sunday at 9am for a great weights workout in Body Pump.
  • Chadissa will be in the saddle Sunday to rev up your day in the 8am RPM.
  • Monday 5.30pm will be a Pilates/Yoga class with Sam as Wendy is away and we unfortunately have nobody to cover Centergy.
  • Why not stay on for the dance party that is Zumba at 6.30pm and join Stella as Gin takes a break.
  • Tuesday join Ben centre stage for the 4.15pm Body Pump.
  • Please note that the SPRINT class at 5pm on a Wednesday is cancelled with immediate effect due to very low attendance – we hope to re-launch next year and will keep you posted.
