Updates related to the group exercise timetable between September 8-14 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

  • Keep an eye out for the following changes to our September Group Exercise timetable: Monday RPM 4.45pm (45 mins class) | Wednesday 9am Zumba | Wednesday Yoga 4.30pm | Thursday TRX in the gym 11am – places limited book at Reception. Full group exercise timetable can be viewed here.
  • On Saturday join Vicki poolside for the 7.30am DWEX.
  • Julia is in the hot seat on Sunday for your 8am RPM.
  • Also on Sunday, Ben takes centre stage for your 9am Body Pump.
  • Monday 9am Body Attack is with Apple.
  • Kinnie will be covering Body Vive for Kathy Thursday 8am.
  • Friday MATRIX in the gym will be with Chanel at the slightly later time of 10.30am.
