Group Exercise Updates |August 18 – 24

Dear Members,

Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between August 18-24 can be found listed below:

Saturday 18th

–          Sam will take you through 9:15am Yoga

–          Come join us for RPM Saturday mornings at 7am and kick start your weekend.

Sunday 19th

–          Julia will take you through your paces in 8am RPM

–          Kayleen will be taking 9am BodyPump! Why not do a back to back?

Monday 20th

–          Monday will be Selina’s final Body Attack with us here at the centre. Come along and lets send her off with a BANG! Apple will take over this class as of the 27th of August.

–          Sam Hopper is in charge of 9:15am HIIT while Chanel is away.

–          Kamilla will take 4:30pm HIIT while Chanel is away.

–          Eugine is in charge this week for your 10:15am DWEX.

Tuesday 21st

–          7am Aqua will be with Stella

–          9am DWEX will be back with Barb.

–          10:15am Mat Pilates will be with Nick.

–          7pm evening yoga will continue with Allana.

Wednesday 22nd

–          Kamilla will take 4:45pm HIIT while Chanel is away.

Thursday 23rd

–          6:30pm Yoga will be with Allana.

Friday 24th

–          Friday 6am HIIT is back with Ben.

–          7:00am DWEX is with Candice.
