Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between APRIL 6-12 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Sports Super Centre – Fitness Club

  • TRX and Pilates Reformer are off the timetable again this week, due to Nic being off on a well-deserved holiday.
  • Saturday sees Tracey in the hot seat for RPM at 7am.
  • Saturday Yoga you will be stretching it out with Laila at 9:15.
  • Sunday RPM we have Shireen putting you through your paces at 8am.
  • Sunday Body Pump Wendy will be on stage at 9am.
  • Monday Mat Pilates you have Jenny at 8am.
  • Monday morning HIIT sees a double dose of pain with Blair at 9:15 and Kamila in the afternoon at 4:30.
  • Bodyfit this week sees Kinnie doing Tuesday at 8am, Susy Wednesday at 7am, Sonya Thursday at 8am and Jenny Friday at 7am.
  • Monday 6:30pm and Thursday 4:30pm we have Minako making the moves in Zumba.
  • Tuesday Yoga with Allana at 7pm.
  • Wednesday HIIT Chanel is here pushing you at 6am.
  • Wednesday Strength & Mobility we have Kamila at 6pm.
  • Thursday RPM Candice will be pushing you through the hills at 8:30am .
  • Thursday Yoga with Allana at 6:30pm.
  • Friday early morning HIIT with Chanel at 6am.
