Group Exercise Updates | April 30 – May 7

Dear Members,

Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between APR 30 – MAY 6 can be found listed below:

Saturday join Jenny poolside for the 7.30am DWEX

 

Vicki still away but we hope to hear some positive news soon – meantime Laila will be taking Saturday 9.15 Yoga whilst Allana takes Tuesday 7pm and Thursday 6.30pm

 

Sunday join Sam for the double challenge if you dare as she jumps into the hot seat for 8am RPM before taking centre stage in the studio for your 9am Body Pump

 

Sunday 10am Yoga is cancelled this week due to a long standing room booking – we apologise for any inconvenience

 

Monday 7am and Eugine will be taking DWEX whilst Jenny is in the small pool for your 12pm Aqua Fit

 

We usually stop our evening DWEX classes May to the end of Sept but due to members feedback these will continue into May for the time being – numbers will be monitored.  These classes will definitely be cancelled June to Sept returning to the usual slots from October.

 

Jenny will take the Tuesday 5.30pm DWEX whilst Eugine covers the Thursday 5.30pm class

 

Monday 9.15 HIIT will be taken by Sam Hopper whilst the 4.30pm class is with Blair – join the girls in the gym for this challenging workout!

 

Tuesday 6pm join Allana as she steps up to take the Running Club whilst Matt is away then she is back again at 6pm on Wednesday to put you through your paces for Strength and Mobility.  Allana will be taking this class for us until Matt returns in July.

 

Wednesday again and this time it’s the 4.45pm HIIT which will be with Kamila

 

Finally we have Candice on Thursday for the 5.30pm Body Pump.

 

Remember we are only open 7-12 on Monday 7th May for the Public Holiday and will be offering 3 classes as follows: 

7am RPM with Candice

8am HIIT with Chanel

8am DWEX TBC
