Group Exercise Updates April 15 – May 5

Dear Members,

Updates related to the group exercise timetable between April 15 to May 5 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Sports Walk, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Finally, this will be the last group exercise update for a few weeks, as our Communications and Marketing Manager is going on leave so he can go and get himself married and honeymooned! We figured that was as good an excuse as any to give you all a little break from the newsletter. You can expect the next edition to come out Friday May 6. In the meantime, make sure you check the timetables at the Sports Super Centre, or speak to a friendly member of staff for all the latest information regarding pool lane availability, group exercise classes and general happenings around the centre.

Group Exercise News: 

–       Zumba on Wednesdays at 10am has been cancelled due to very low numbers.

–       An early heads up that the Sports Super Centre will be closed on Anzac Day (April 25). May 2 is Labour Day so the gym will be open from 7am-12pm.

–       Special group exercise classes will be held on the Labour Day holiday, as follows:

o   7.05am RPM with Allana

o   8am DWEX with Jenny

o   8.10am Body Conditioning with Candice

o   9.15am Yoga with Jo
