Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between APRIL 13-19 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Ron Clarke Way, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

  • Saturday sees Tracey in the hot seat for RPM @ 7am
  • Saturday Laila will be stretching you out @ 9:15am
  • Sunday we have Sam taking RPM @ 8am then Body Pump @ 9am
  • Monday morning HIIT with Blair at 9:15 and Afternoon Chanel is back @ 4:30pm
  • Gin will be back getting you moving with Zumba on Monday @ 6:30PM and Thursday @ 4:30pm

  • Tuesday evening Yoga with Laila @ 7pm

  • Blair will be out on the track taking you for Running Club Tuesday @ 6pm

  • Bodyfit Tuesday 8am with Sonya
  • Wednesday Matrix Chanel @ 9:30 and HIIT @ 4:45pm
  • Wednesday 7am with Susy
  • Wednesday sees Ben back with HIIT and Friday HIIT both at 6am
  • Thursday 8am with Sonya
  • Friday 7am with Jenny
  • Thursday Yoga with Laila @ 6:30pm
