Group Exercise Updates | 7 – 13 July

Dear Members,

Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between July 7 – 13 can be found listed below:

Saturday 7 July

  • Vicki will be ready to roll poolside for DWEX at 7:30am
  • Yoga at 9:15am with Laila

Sunday 8 July

  • The double Sunday morning workout with Sam 8am RPM & 9am Body Pump

Tuesday 10 July

  • 5:30am RPM – Kelissa is back from Holiday get ready for a cranking ride to kickstart your day!
  • 9:15am – Freestyle Cycle will be RPM with our new instructor Danielle – come along and meet Danielle guaranteed to deliver a challenging ride!
  • 6pm Running Club – this session will be self facilitated. The group will still be getting together to get those km’s done! Meeting on the track as per usual. Matt will be back next Tuesday!
  • Laila will be ready to stretch you out in yoga at 7pm while Allana is away this week.

Wednesday 11 July

  • Get along and try Kylees smashing Body Pump class and a new time of 10:15am
  • Shannon one of our Personal Trainers will be ready to put you through a challenging/new workout in 6pm Stength and Mobility be ready to go!

Thursday 12 July

  • Laila will be back for yoga at 6:30pm while Allana is away this week.
