Dear Members,

Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between July 14 – 20 can be found listed below:

Saturday 14 July

  • 7am RPM – Julia will be ready to kick-start your Saturday
  • 7:30am DWEX  – Jenny will be ready to go poolside
  • 9:15am Yoga – Join Sam for a Saturday morning stretch/workout

Sunday 15 July

  • 8am RPM –Get ready to smash it with Tracey
  • 9am Pump – Ben will be ready to challenge you for Pump!

Monday 16 July

  • 7:30pm – Clubercise – Due to low numbers this will be the last class for Clubercise, so come along for some fun and bust out a few dance moves!

Tuesday 17 July

  • 9:15am RPM – Danielle our newest RPM instructor is back to take you for a challenging RPM workout! (Please note this class won’t be freestyle this week)
  • 6pm Running Club – Matt is back! Look out running club!
  • 7pm Yoga – Allana is back from holiday to stretch you out with a fun & challenging yoga session

Wednesday 18 July

  • 9:30am Matrix – Get ready Chanel will be ready to push you to your limits!
  • 5:30pm RPM – Kristy will be ready to take you for a fun and challenging ride
  • 6pm Strength and Mobility – Matt is back in the house! Look out he will be ready to challenge you!

Thursday 19 July

  • 6:30pm Yoga – join Allana for a challenging & fun yoga session

Friday 20 July

  • 10am Matrix – Get ready to smash it and kick-start your Friday with Kamila
