Updates related to the group exercise timetable between February 26 – March  3 can be found listed below.

While every effort is made to ensure we communicate any changes to classes to our members, please be sure to check the Group Exercise Board in the centre’s Sports Walk, speak with your instructor about last-minute changes, or alternatively contact Reception on (07) 5500 9988.

Sports Super Centre – Gold Coast

* Saturday Feb 27 7am Boxing will be with Julia while Candice is away.

* Remember there are no DWEX classes Saturday Feb 27 due to the MS Swimathon.

* Barb will be holding a special DWEX at 7.30am on Sunday Feb 28 for an extra DWEX so you don’t miss out!

* Julia is back Sunday Feb 28, this time in the hot seat for 8am RPM.

* Maria will be poolside on Monday Feb 29 for the 10.15am DWEX.

* Join Maria again this time for Body Pump 4.15pm on Tuesday Mar 1.

* Great news: Running Club is back Tuesday Mar 1 at 6pm.  Matt Whitehouse will be doing some strength endurance training in preparation for the marathon while we wait for the track to be completed.

* Remember Matrix in the gym has been changed from Tuesday to Wednesday at 5.30pm.

* On Thursday Mar 3 Barb will be poolside for the 9am DWEX intensive.
