Thursday December 5th
- 9am DWEX is cancelled Due to a swim carnival
- 8am DWEX class in place of 9am is with Candice
Friday December 6th
- 5.05am Yoga is with Laila
- 7am Bodyfit is with Linda
- 4pm RPM is with Kelissa
Tracey is back teaching her Monday 9am sprint. She will also be teaching a 6pm Tuesday Sprint in place of RPM.
There will be some renovations in the gym from December 10th to December 20th while we have some of our blue floor upgraded.

We have now added a new HIIT class starting on Monday December 2nd at 5.05am with our newest member of our team Kat.
This is due to the success of our other 5.05am classes we have on Thursday HIIT 5.05am with Ash & Friday yoga at 5.05am with Kyleen.
We have a swimming carnival on Thursday December 5th so we need to cancel the 9am Int DWEX class but we have put on a 8am DWEX in its place with Candice for this week. Back to normal next week.
