Tuesday 29th October
- 7am Aqua Fit is with Stella
- 9am Int DWEX is with Stella
- 6pm RPM is with Linda
Wednesday 30th October
- 12.30pm Sprint is with Linda
- 8am Yoga is with Vicki
Thursday 31st October
- 8.30am Rpm will be a freestyle class with Kristy.
Friday 1st November
- 7am DWEX is with Candice
- 10.15am DWEX class is Cancelled due to a swim carnival.
- 8am DWEX is with Stella. (This will not be a regular class. It is to compensate for the 10.15am).
Group ex news!!!! Aligning with our new earlier opening hours at the centre.
We have some exciting news for our members regarding some new classes we will be adding to our timetable.
Starting the week of 4th November we will be introducing some earlier classes starting at 5.05am running for 45minutes.
Thursday morning November 7th will kick off with Ash who will be teaching a HIIT class.
Friday morning November 8th Kyleen will be teaching Yoga.
Saturday 9th November we are running a Tri Qld Develop race from 6am -1.30pm which will affect our Saturday morning 7.30am DWEX class in the 50m pool.
