Wednesday 16th October

  • 10.15am DWEX is with Stella
  • 12.30pm Sprint is with Kristy
  • 5.30pm RPM is with Julia

Thursday 17th October

  • 6am Body Conditioning is with Maria.
  • 10.15am Mat Pilates is with Tina
  • 9am Int DWEX is with Stella

Friday 18th October

  • 5.30am Box, Run, Spin is a 45min RPM with Richard
  • 7am DWEX is with Stella
  • 9am Body Conditioning is a Body Pump class with Wendy
  • 10.15am DWEX is with Eugine
  • 4pm RPM is with Kelissa

Class changes while Candice is away.

  • Friday 18th October 5.30am class will be a 45min RPM class with Richard instead of Box, Run, Spin.
  • Friday 18th October 9am class will be a Pump class with Wendy ¬†instead of Body Conditioning.


Due to popular demand we have introduced a new Pilates class on Saturday mornings  with Tina @ 10.15am after yoga.

Friday HIIT with Steve will be at the new time of 9.30am instead of 10am.
