Saturday 1st February

  • 7am RPM will be a freestyle spin class with Kristy
  • 7.30am DWEX will be with Vicki

Sunday 2nd February

  • 9am Pump will be with Wendy

Monday 3rd February

  • 5.30pm Yoga will be with Jo

Tuesday 4th February

  • New Class!! 5.30pm Sprint with Tracey
  • New Time!! 6.10pm Sprint with Tracey

 Wednesday 5th February

  • 12.30pm Sprint will be with Jayson
  • 4.30pm Yoga will be with Aimee

Thursday 6th February

  • New Time!! 4.30pm RPM with Julia
  • 5.30pm Pump will be a freestyle pump with Aimee

Monday February 10th

  • 10.15am DWEX is cancelled as we have a swimming carnival
  • 8am DWEX class in place of above with Barb

Tuesday February 11th

  • 9am DWEX is cancelled as we have a swimming carnival
  • 8am DWEX class in place of above with Jenny

In response to member feedback Thursday RPM will start at the slightly later time of 4.30pm finishing 5.15pm & will still be with Julia.
