Our new class ,MATRIX, will be starting this Thursday at 9:30AM – 10:30AM and will be run by our very own Matt Whitehouse.
MATRIX will focus on Mobility, Aerobic Training, Resistance and Interval X training. Challenge yourself across a range of fitness principles. Using Kettle Bells, Barbells,Ropes, TRX, Rings and body weighted exercises, put your body through an hour of circuit style training which is different every time you come.
Spots are limited so make sure you register at reception to guarantee you’ll be taking part in this AWESOME new class!
