Week 0 – Starting 12 April

  • Pre-Challenge Fitness Testing week
    • Testing with PT during session
    • Testing at a SPRINT class on Saturday 17th April
  • Body Scans – book your preferred time through SynergyBody directly here

Week 1 – 6

  • In addition to your training routine, you will have 1 group PT per week
  • Saturday Morning Super Session Weekly

Week 7 – Starting 31 May

  • Post-Challenge Fitness Testing week
    • Testing with PT during session
    • Testing at a SPRINT class on Saturday 5th June
  • Body Scans – book your preferred time through SynergyBody directly here

How to Register:

  2. Select which weekly group PT session you will commit to for the challenge
  3. Register under your chosen trainer and pay online
  4. Book your preferred time for the body scan on 12th April at GCPC >>BOOK HERE<<
  5. Attend the fitness test with your trainer and body scan to start the re-set!
  6. Attend the Sprint Class 17 April 5.30am and 6.15am and our 1st Nutrition Seminar at 7.30am
