Group Exercise Updates | May 18 – 24

Dear Members,

Updates related to the group exercise class timetable between MAY 18-24 can be found listed below:

  • Join Jenny pool side for the 7.30am DWEX on Saturday.
  • Julia will be in the hot seat on Sunday for your 8am RPM cardio blast or you can join Wendy as she takes the stage for the 9am Body Pump.
  • We welcome Candice our newly qualified Aqua instructor to the 50m pool on Monday as she covers the 7am DWEX.
  • Sam is back with us Monday for the 9.15am HIIT.
  • Kamila will be putting you through your paces in the gym for the Monday 4.30pm and Wednesday 4.45pm HIIT class.
  • Kristy will be in the saddle Tuesday 6pm for your RPM workout challenge.
  • Allana continues to cover the Tuesday 6pm Run Club as well as the Wednesday 6pm Strength and Mobility whilst Matt is away.
  • The good news is she has agreed to take these covers until Matt returns in July – thanks Allana we appreciate it!
  • Yoga and DWEX covers for Vicki will continue as for previous weeks.
